    • As a Virtual Assistant supporting tradespeople and small business owners, I process personal information such as client contact details, customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and service-related data to deliver essential administrative services. These services include managing diaries and inboxes, handling calls, preparing and following up on invoices and quotes, and requesting feedback or reviews. This processing is necessary to help my clients run their businesses efficiently, maintain professional communication with their customers, and ensure timely payments and service delivery. It enables me to act on their behalf in a structured, reliable, and compliant manner. The benefits of this processing include: Improved responsiveness and customer service for my clients Reduced administrative burden for small business owners Timely and accurate financial tracking (e.g. quotes, invoices, payments) Better organization of appointments and communications I take care to minimize any risks to individuals by only collecting the information strictly necessary for each task, storing it securely, and never using it for unrelated purposes. I do not sell or share personal data with third parties. My clients and their customers benefit from smoother operations and clearer communication, which outweighs any minimal impact on privacy.
